Athiya Shetty, who is gearing up for the release of her second film, recalls the horrific note on which the film began for her.

The day she landed to shoot in London, was the day she lost her paternal grandfather. “It was my first day of shoot and we were in a place where there was no network. When I went back to the hotel in the evening, I found out that my grandfather had passed away. But I had to shoot the next day. I feel that my grandpa gave me the strength. He had been unwell many times during the last year but did not want me to be here when he left us. He went away happy that I was shooting, because he always wanted me to be working. It was a tough time but everybody on the sets was very comforting and supportive, whether it was Anees Bazmee, Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, or Ileana D’Cruz.”
